2. Return Eligibility
2.1. Wrong or Damaged Products
We accept returns only for products that are:
- Wrong: You received a product different from the one you ordered.
- Damaged: The product arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
2.2. Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 3 days from the date of delivery. Upon inspection for exchange of the item the new item will be shipped withing 2 working days with free shipping.

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the claim of a wrong or damaged product. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies. The Refund will be credited to you within 2-3 working days.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for products other than those specified in Section 2. If you return a product that does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund.
6. Cancellation Of Order
We accept cancellation after customer places order by emailing us or calling on our support no. +917276762903 any time before delivery. Or simply do not accept the order from our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The order will be marked as cancelled and refund will be initiated.
